Bienvue can run on your own hardware for a single property, up to five screens. If you're technical and want complete control of your setup, the whole engine is yours.
Bienvue Community License
The self-hosted software is licensed under the Bienvue Community License, a source-available license designed for self-hosters and tinkerers. It's free for personal and internal business use on a single property with up to five devices.
Fair use without competition
The community license gives you the freedom to read the code, change your deployment, and run your screens without ongoing cloud fees. It also protects the project by preventing third parties from offering commercial hosting, operating competing services, or undercutting Bienvue.
One property, up to five screens
The self-hosted license covers one property and up to five connected televisions. For several properties, a hotel, or anything that needs fleet management across screens, the managed service handles the hosting and the orchestration for you.
Offline either way
Managed or self-hosted, Bienvue screens keep a local copy of the guide. A power cut or a cut line doesn't take down your welcome desk.
