Bienvue works on modern Smart TVs and any television with an off-the-shelf $25 Roku Streaming Stick or Roku TV (including TCL, Hisense, and Onn). We're expanding native app support across all major connected TV platforms.
What does "up to 5 screens" mean?
Most vacation homes have multiple TVs—living room, master bedroom, guest room, and bunk room. While other services charge you per TV, Bienvue includes up to 5 screens for a single property under one plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All monthly subscriptions are month-to-month and can be paused or canceled self-serve at any time in your dashboard. If you cancel, your screens remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
How does the free tier work?
You can create a free account, build out all your property cards, add local recommendations, and share a mobile web link or QR code with guests at no charge for 1 property. When you want to pair your television screens, you upgrade to the Host Plan.
